About Infrastructure
Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with advanced processes and cutting-edge infrastructure. Established over two decades ago, it houses innovative technology and equipment sourced both domestically and internationally.
From raw meat to final product

Raw Material Section
Raw meat sourced from trusted suppliers is delivered to the Raw Material Section of the plant, where it undergoes an initial refining process.

Curing and Marinating Section
The meat is then transferred to our curing and marinating section, where injectors are used to cure and marinate it, marking the first stage of the marination process.

Vacuum Tumblers
The next stage of marination occurs in our Vacuum Tumblers. These tumblers rotate at controlled speeds and for precise durations, tailored to the specific product being crafted.

Chopping & Mincing Section
State-of-the-art equipment in our Mincing and Emulsifying Section allows us to produce finely emulsified meat, which serves as the base for products like sausages and salamis.

Vacuum Filler Machine
The Vacuum Filler Machine plays a crucial role in producing products like sausages and salami rolls. It fills emulsified meat into various types of casings, shaping these products efficiently.

Forming Line for Gourmet Customised Products
A Forming machine has been installed for crafting our gourmet products. Unlike conventional machine-driven production, this forming line delivers a handmade, homemade feel through a step-by-step, customized, and individualized creation process.

Retort Machine
The meat is vacuum-packed in premium multi-layered barrier films and then processed in our Retort Machine at 121℃. This ensures the preservation of its quality and extends its shelf life.

Cooking Section
We take pride in our state-of-the-art cooking equipment, featuring advanced ovens and smokehouses. These ensure the meat is thoroughly cooked while preserving its flavor, moistness, and tenderness.

Rational Oven
Here, the Rational Oven is in operation, expertly preparing delicious meat delicacies.

Frying Section
Many of our products require frying, which is carried out in our well-equipped Frying Section.

Dicing Machine
As suppliers of ingredients to top fast-food chains in India, such as Domino's, we produce customized chicken dices. Our efficient Dicing Machine plays a key role in this process.

Automatic Slicers
To slice large salami rolls into thin, circular pieces of delicious meat, we rely on our automatic slicers, which perform the task quickly and efficiently.

Packaging Section
Packaging is a crucial part of the process, alongside production. All our finished products are sent to our well-organized Packaging Section, where they are vacuum-packed in high-quality, multi-layered barrier films, resulting in packaged, delectable meat products.

Metal Scanner
The process concludes at the Metal Scanner, where each packet is scanned to ensure it is free from any metallic impurities.
